This is a series of Steps aimed at helping people understand four of the fundamental issues on which the Christian faith is based :
The Bible – understand its make-up and significance for us today.
God – discover the God of The Bible and appreciate His character.
Mankind – grasp something of the design, depravity and destiny of Man.
The Church – appreciate the true make-up of the Christian church.

This is intended to be a framework for discussion and exploration by a small group of people, or a family, and not a programme which is taught to passive listeners.
Each person is encouraged to ask as many questions as they need throughout every Step so that the group can discuss together how each one might be resolved. There are no wrong or irrelevant questions, every one deserves an answer.
We recommend meeting regularly with the same group of people to work through each Step as carefully and thoroughly as possible by taking as much time as is needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic.
We suggest that each session should last approximately one hour, but it is quite common for a group to spend several sessions on each individual Step.
This is a totally Bible-based programme in which each participant is encouraged to look up for themselves and memorise the relevant Bible verses in each Step.
Each group may wish to have additional input occasionally from someone more experienced in the Christian faith, but they should not change the format of the group to accommodate such a person.
Christianity is a journey of personal exploration in which each person’s faith depends on them discovering the truth for themselves.
